By far one of the best hotels I have ever visited. Best Service ever in every category. From room service to housekeeping to front desk. Every employee greets you with a big smile on their face. Very clean and orderly. Great breakfast buffet with variety of delicious choices to choose from. The personnel at Grand Hotel try to make your stay as comfortable as they can. Prime location and walking distance to great shopping and restaurants and the square. If you want to have a pleasant stay while in Armenia then this is the hotel to choose. Thank you Grand hotel and personnel for making my visit with both my children a memorable one for sure.

Located in the heart of the city center and on the rooftop, this small, but cute pool is all you need for detaching yourself from the noise, enjoy yourself, but still be in the area, where everything is available on a walk.
For people, who don`t stay at the hotel, the price is 14 000 AMD, which at first compared to European prices for pools seems to be expensive, but after checking other options, the service and the hygiene you understand that for this location and this type of service it`s more than good.
I totally recommend this hotel. Clean, comfortable, polite staff, very good service, excellent access to public places and a very good location, but the only bad thing I can talk about is that in all the photos, the view of the rooms is the main street and beautiful, but most of the rooms are It is on the back side of the room and towards a ruin, which creates a completely bad view, in my opinion, apart from this subject, it had no other problems and it was great.

Hygiene zero
During 6 weeks of stay I complained at list 5 times with a list of things to do only to get 50% of the list done. They promised me 20% discount on my next stay in order to keep me quite. There are a lot better hotels out there specially for what you pay.
Constant 7 days per week construction noises from across the road where a new building is going up.
Night club subwoofer until 430am in the morning. Cars racing down Abovyan street with loud music total chaos and all this good luck in trying to sleep.

The Eastern brunch organized by Suzy was a standout event. The attention to detail and the high-class ambiance created a truly special occasion. The flavorsome delicacies and impeccable arrangements made it a memorable dining experience.
We cannot praise Suzy enough for her professionalism, warmth, and genuine care. Her exceptional service exceeded our expectations and contributed significantly to the overall enjoyment of our stay.
